The Seeya AI Guarantee: Seeya AI is built on the foundation of local processing. Your screen data, voice inputs, and system commands never leave your computer unless you explicitly request an online action.

Welcome to Seeya AI. Your privacy is our highest priority. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Seeya AI website and the Seeya AI desktop application.

1. The Seeya AI Desktop Application (Local AI)

Seeya AI is designed to be a 100% Offline AI by default. When you use the application on your PC:

Voice Processing: Your microphone inputs are processed locally on your machine. No audio recordings are ever sent to our servers or the cloud.
Seeya Vision™ (Screen Analysis): Screen captures used by Seeya Vision to read text or detect buttons are analyzed entirely on your local CPU/GPU using offline models (like Ollama). We do not collect, view, or store your screen data.
System Control: Actions performed by Seeya AI (opening apps, moving the mouse, shutting down) are executed locally via your operating system APIs.

2. Online & Hybrid Features

Seeya AI features "Hybrid Intelligence." The application only accesses the internet when you give it an explicit command that requires it, such as:

Asking to search the web for real-time information.
Commanding Seeya to play a specific YouTube video or online media.

In these cases, standard internet requests are made from your PC to those third-party services (e.g., Google or YouTube). Seeya AI does not intercept or log these web queries on our servers.

3. The Seeya AI Website & Authentication

To safely distribute the application and provide access to the setup installer, our website (seeyaai.unaux.com) uses a secure authentication system (powered by Firebase / Google Authentication).

When you log in to our website to download the app, we collect:

Basic Profile Info: Your Name, Email Address, and Profile Picture (if using Google Login).
Account Credentials: Securely hashed passwords (if using Email/Password signup). We cannot see your actual password.

This data is strictly used to grant you access to the download portal and send necessary account emails (like Password Resets). We never sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Security

We implement robust security measures to protect your data on our website. Authentication is handled by industry-standard secure providers (Firebase). However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
