Welcome to Seeya AI. By downloading, accessing, or using the Seeya AI website or desktop application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Use of the Application

Seeya AI is an advanced offline desktop assistant capable of local screen analysis (Seeya Vision™) and direct system control. By installing Seeya AI, you acknowledge that:

You grant the application permission to interact with your operating system, including but not limited to simulating mouse clicks, keyboard inputs, managing applications, and controlling power states (Shutdown/Restart).
You are solely responsible for the commands you issue to the AI.
You will not use Seeya AI for any illegal, malicious, or unauthorized purposes.

Important Disclaimer: Because Seeya AI can physically control your PC, we are not responsible for any accidental data loss, unsaved work being closed, or system interruptions caused by your voice or text commands.

2. User Accounts & Website Access

To access the Seeya AI installer, you must create an account or log in via our website using Google or Email/Password authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Privacy & Offline Processing

Our commitment to your privacy is detailed in our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge that while the core AI runs 100% offline, specific "Hybrid" features (like web search or YouTube playback) require an active internet connection and will interact with third-party services at your command.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, code, and UI elements of the Seeya AI website and application are the exclusive property of the Seeya AI developers. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or illegally distribute the Seeya AI software without explicit written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Seeya AI software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Since the AI relies on local hardware and open-source models (e.g., Ollama), performance may vary based on your system specifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers of Seeya AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of the application.
